1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gbaj ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gbaj website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, payment services and all related features accessible at gbaj.vu (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services. These Terms should be read in conjunction with gbaj's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off restriction, or account suspension imposed by gbaj or any other gambling platform

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on the gbaj platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or as a result of re-registration after account closure — are prohibited and will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

• You must register using your real name, valid mobile number and date of birth — fictional identities and pseudonyms are not permitted; accounts registered with false information will be closed and balances forfeited
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your password must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances
• All activity conducted from your account is your sole responsibility — gbaj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain password security
• gbaj reserves the right to refuse any registration at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason
• One account per household, device, IP address and payment method is the standard limit; accounts that share these identifiers without prior approval from gbaj will be reviewed for potential duplicate-account violation

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

gbaj processes deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via mobile wallet services. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. gbaj does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though payment service providers may apply their own transaction limits
• Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard — no other payment methods are supported; deposits made via unsupported channels cannot be tracked or refunded
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account — gbaj does not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances
• gbaj targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for standard mobile wallet withdrawals; this target may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where identity verification is pending
• gbaj does not charge processing fees on standard bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay transactions; card-based transactions may be subject to fees set by the issuing bank or card network, which are outside gbaj's control

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gbaj platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools or any non-human process to place bets, interact with games, exploit promotional systems or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, avoiding account restrictions, or circumventing any other platform policy
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or the distribution of winnings in a manner that is intended to deceive gbaj or other players
• Using the gbaj platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially illicit activity — gbaj cooperates with financial intelligence authorities and reports suspicious transaction patterns
• Attempting to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the gbaj platform, its game software, its payment processing infrastructure or any related system

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All casino games available at gbaj are supplied by independent, internationally certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi and Spribe. Each game operates according to a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, according to physical dealing of cards or spinning of wheels carried out by a trained live dealer under monitored conditions. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel within the gbaj lobby.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, software error or server failure — gbaj's system logs are the authoritative record of the game state at the time of the malfunction. gbaj will use these logs to determine the correct resolution of interrupted game sessions. Where a game round cannot be reconstructed, the stake for that round will be refunded to the player's account balance.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the gbaj platform without prior written authorisation from gbaj.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services. gbaj's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's account at the time the liability arose.

gbaj makes no warranty that the Services will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party payment service outages and internet connectivity issues affecting Bangladesh may from time to time cause temporary unavailability of some or all Services. gbaj will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

gbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any player account at its discretion. Circumstances in which gbaj may take such action include, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, duplicate account creation, bonus abuse, or provision of false registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested, or where gbaj's compliance team has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering or other illicit purposes
• At the player's own request — a player wishing to close their account should contact the gbaj support team; upon account closure any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe

12. Privacy

gbaj collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. gbaj implements SSL encryption and industry-standard data security practices to protect player information. gbaj does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

gbaj reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gbaj will endeavour to provide registered players with reasonable advance notice by email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to gbaj's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between a player and gbaj, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through gbaj's internal complaints procedure by contacting the support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. gbaj will respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, the parties may seek resolution through applicable legal channels.
